Compliance Monitoring

Due to the increase in litigation in both the private and public sectors, many resolutions are calling for a monitor to assure that firms will continue to comply in the future.  Based upon my experience and expertise, I can monitor the firm’s compliance status by setting up processes to be followed and to review those processes to assure a compliance posture is maintained.

As a manager for the US Department of Labor, I concluded over several hundred litigation cases.  Many had monitoring agreements, which were directed by the courts, for me to review on a quarterly basis.  This is an area I am uniquely qualified to administer. 

I also have current and extensive experience, providing Monitoring services ( investigating, evaluating,  and reporting), on numerous court cases, for the US Department of Labor (FLSA and H-2A; H-2B), the NY State Attorney General's Office (Wage and Hour) and more recently NYC Department of Consumer Affairs.
