LITIGATION EXPERIENCE
During my years with the US Department of Labor, I have developed, negotiated and managed numerous cases for litigation, all with successful results. Some of these cases were precedent setting, such as:

Sabhnani Long Island Slave Case, which set the precedent for liquidated damages awarded in a human trafficking case
